Derby is a one-off, keg-only beer produced especially for BAB’s Bruges Beer Festival 2020.
It’s a Belgian dark strong ale brewed with oats, honey and a generous addition of coconut macaroons.
Toasted coconut and dried raisins were added on the cold side after fermentation for extra “granola” character.
