  Onze nieuwe samenwerking met Londens hop-gefocust, in-your-face brouwers van Weird Beard is een troebele en tropische bom met exotische toetsen van ananas en mango! Deze India Pale Ale is gebrouwen in de New England-stijl, a minder bittere interpretatie van de IPA met een romig en glad mondgevoel. Het gebruik van havervlokken, een stofgist en het pure gebruik van aromatische hopsoorten verandert het uitzicht en smaak van deze IPA’s volledig.

Warning Warning! For our third collab with London’s hop-focused, in-your-face brewers Weird Beard was a full-on chewy, hazy, tropical bomb with exotic pineapple and mango notes. This India Pale Ale was brewed in the New England-style, a less bitter interpretation of the IPA with a smooth and creamy feel in the mouth. The use of oat flakes, a less flocculant yeast and the sole use of aromatic hops completely change the look and taste of these IPAs.

Cette « India Pale Ale » a été brassée dans le style New England qui fait fureur parmi les beer geeks. Une interprétation moins amère que l’IPA classique mais avec une sensation bien plus crémeuse et gourmande en bouche. L’utilisation de flocons d’avoine, de levure spéciale et de houblons aromatiques changent complètement le goût de cette IPA. Elle vient de rejoindre la famille des ALL-STAR après avoir gagné l’élection lors des Protos 2019.
