Beer brewed for the city of Soignies in commemorations of the 100th anniversary of the Armistice and the end of World War One (1914-1918). It is an « American Amber Ale » brewed with a typical Belgian yeast, maple syrup and orange peels. The beer is slightly amber thanks to the subtle presence of maple syrup giving a fine caramel touch. Orange peels together with Chinook & Saaz hops bring aromas of citrus and spices.

Bière brassée pour la ville de Soignies en commémoration du 100e anniversaire de l’Armistice et de la fin de la Première Guerre mondiale (1914-1918). C’est une « American Amber Ale » brassée avec une levure typiquement belge, du sirop d’érable et des écorces d’orange. La bière est légèrement ambrée grâce à la présence subtile de sirop d’érable donnant une fine touche de caramel. Les écorces d’orange associées aux houblons Chinook & Saaz apportent des arômes d’agrumes et d’épices.
