La SUMMER HAZE est notre interprétation d’une Session New England IPA. Légère en alcool mais pas en goût ! Cela faisait longtemps qu’on voulait brasser des bières basses en alcohol. La Summer Haze est clairement une de nos meilleures réussites. D’un côté, l’avoine lui donne du corps, d’un autre, ses houblons Citra, Simcoe, Mozaic, Colombus en boostent l’arôme.
