Codex is a juicy Belgian blond ale of 6% ABV with a subtle fruity-spicy yeast complexity, a malty flavour and a dry finish.
The generous whirlpool additions of Motueka hops from New Zealand equip the beer with a distinctive freshly crushed citrus and “Mojito” lime character, with background notes of tropical fruit.
